Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Registration Fee

The standard examination entry fee is **₹200** per candidate. Once a registration is successfully paid and the account is activated, the registration fee is **non-refundable** and **non-transferable** to another candidate or olympiad season. This is because payment immediately triggers the allocation of study materials, practice mock tests, and exam session slot scheduling.

2. Excess or Duplicate Transactions

In cases where duplicate transactions occur (e.g., you are charged twice for the same student due to network lag):

Please report the duplicate transaction to us via email at developer.001@hotmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.
Provide the transaction details, candidate name, date of payment, and payment method details.
Upon verification, the duplicate charge will be processed for refund back to your original source of payment within **5 to 7 working days**.

3. Exam Cancellation

Under ordinary circumstances, scheduled exam dates cannot be cancelled by the student. If a student misses their exam window due to unforeseen medical emergencies, parents/coordinators can contact our support team at least 48 hours prior to request reschedule options. Decisions on rescheduling are made solely at the discretion of the organizing committee.

4. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time to comply with updating payment gateway norms. Revisions will be posted here and will apply immediately to subsequent registrations.
