1. Candidate Eligibility & Enrollment

Candidates must be enrolled in classes 1 to 12. Complete and accurate information (candidate name, class level, school details) must be provided during registration. Any false data may result in disqualification without refund.

2. Exam Code of Conduct

Each registered candidate is granted access to the scheduled examination session. Candidates agree to:

Take the exam independently without any outside assistance, tools, or study aids.
Complete the exam within the specified timer duration.
Understand that browser navigation flags, tab switching, and multiple logins are monitored to ensure fairness. Malpractice will trigger an automatic exam lock.

3. Payments & Fees

The standard examination entry fee is **₹200** per candidate. This fee includes mock preparation tests, main online exams, cognitive reports, and physical/digital certificates. All payments are securely processed and verified online via authorized payment gateways. Registration is only activated upon successful payment clearance.

4. Intellectual Property

All curriculum design, cognitive tasks, puzzle patterns, website layout, graphics, and software code are the intellectual property of **smartobrainskills.fun**. Unauthorized replication, sharing, or modification of these resources is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide seamless platform availability, accurate rankings, and reliable cognitive assessments. However, we are not liable for any service delays, internet connectivity errors on the candidate's side, or failures arising from third-party hosting partners.
